NET ( National eligibility test) is conducted by UGC (University grant commission) twice in a year. Exam normally held in the months of June and December. The result of June exam is declared in the month of october and the result of December is declared in the month of April. UGC conducts NET twice a year, once in the months of June and other in the month of December And UGC-NET examination is going to be held on 26th June, 2011.
So, if you are interested then please apply for this examination, by visit the official website of UGC NET. You can fill the application form online, all the necessary details are availiable in the official website. Age Eligiblity Criteria - For Junior Research Fellowship - Not more than 28 years as on 01/06/2011. A relaxation upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PH and VH categories and to women applicants. IMPORTANT DATES FOR NET EXAM TO APPLY Registration process for UGC - NET exam have already been started.. Eligibility Criteria
AGE LIMITS: For Junior Research Fellowship - Not more than 28 years as on 01/06/2011. 33 years is upper limit to the candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PH and VH categories and to women applicants. For Lectureship There is no upper age limit. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : If you have Master’s Degree with 55% from universities recognised by UGC. Final year students are also take the exam. NET exams are conducting twice a year, i.e., in the months of June and December by UGC. The notifications announcing the June and December examinations are published in the months of March and September respectively in the weekly Employment News.
so you can apply for june month NET...... the eligibility criteria for NET is M.Sc or equivalent degree under the subjects mentioned above, with minimum 55% marks for General and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST candidates, Physically and Visually Handicapped candidates and Ph.D. A candidate can also apply for the Test under RA (Result Awaited) category, if he/she is appearing or has appeared in his/her final year (III/IV Semester where Semester system is there) of M.Sc. or equivalent degree examination in subjects mentioned in above. Such candidates will have to submit the attestation format (given at the reverse of the application form) duly certified by the Head of the Deptt./Institute over his/her signature and rubber stamp (with address and name) from where the candidate is appearing or has appeared in the final year M.SC or equivalent degree examination. However, such candidates shall be admitted to the Test provisionally. They shall only be considered eligible for JRF-(NET)/LS-(NET), if they are able to produce the proof of having passed the Master’s Degree examination in the relevant or related subject with the requisite percentage of marks and within the stipulated time frame. |

NET-National Eligibility Test All you wanted to do to write the NET exam is that you that you must be eligible for the exam and should know the application process. The information for this is mentioned below for your reference: The subjects to be referred for the test are 1. Chemical sciences. 2. Earth sciences. 3. Life sciences. 4. Mathematical sciences. 5. Physical sciences. Last date for Applying On-Line form- 25-4-2011 http://www.ugcnetonline.in/ Last date for receiving the printout of online Application Form (2 copies) , Attendance Slip (one copy) and Admission Card (one copy) at the respective test centre opted by the candidate (with fee receipt & category certificate(s) 2-5-2011 . The Exam details of NET exam are given below. The NET exam date is18-12-2011 But still UGC have not published application brochure . The application details will be published in 26th September,2011.So you have to prepare well for NET exam. There are one declaration is announced UGC . No negative Marking in Paper-I and Paper -II exam. Online form will available after 26th September.
