you are right now in second year so you are not eligible for bank PO. firstly u have to take your graduation degree. After that u can apply for bank PO. Different paper conducted by different banks for example state bank of India , IBPS ( conduct bank exam). graduation degree with 60 % marks all the best thanks |

Dear Friend,
First of all i would like to tell you that currently you are not eligible to appear in the Banking Examinations. To Be Eligible for the Bank PO examination , you must hold a Bachelor`s Degree as your minimum educational qualification. And as you have mentioned that you are currently in BSc 2nd year so you do not fulfill the minimum educational qualification required for the same. THE Other Eligibility Criteria Required For Bank PO Examinations are : a) Age Limit : 21-30 years considering you to belong to General Category. b) Age Relaxation : There is a relaxation in upper age granted of 3 years for those belonging to OBC Category and of 5 years for those beloging to SC/ST Category. c) Nationality : Indian This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. PO stands for Probationary Officer. Sorry, you are not able to appear for bank PO examination. The educational qualification regarding with bank PO examination are below mentioned:- * A candidate must have finished graduation in any track from any accredited college/university. * Age criteria- The age of a candidate must be lie in between 21-30 years(SBI) and 20-30 years(IBPS). * A candidate must be an Indian. * Age relaxation- 3 years(OBC) and 5 years(SC/ST). BANK PO exams are conducted by IBPS and SBI in India for Government banks.
Below is the Minimum Eligibilty Criteria to apply for these exams. First of all, I would like to say that BAnking examinations are conducted by SBI and IBPS. Sorry to say that you are not eligible for banking examination at present time. The eligibility criteria required for bank PO examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of graduation in any stream from any recognised college or university. * Age limit- 20-30 yrs for IBPS PO and 21-30 yrs for SBI PO. * Age relaxation- 3 yrs for OBC and 5 yrs for SC/ST contendors. * Nationality- Indian. P.O. - Probationary Officer, to become a P.O. one should be a Graduate and has to crack P.O. examination.
The exam for bank P.O. are generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking personal Selection) for 19 Public Sector banks. The eligible candidate aspiring for P.O. exam, must be an Indian national having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. You cannot become a Bank PO coz you are still student of BSc IInd year and as far as BANK PO post is concorn one should have graduation degree The post of a Bank Probationary Officer (Bank P.O.) in any bank in India is consideredas white color job. To be a Bank PO one needs to qualify in Bank P.O. Examination. Different bank conducts separate examination for Bank P.O. recruitment. As the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in Bank P.O. Exam is graduate degree, candidates from various streams, arts, science, commerce, engineering etc appears in this examination. Numbers of seats are limited and hence securing a seat is really enormous task. Candidates who get finally selected in Bank P.O. Exam are asked to work on probation for2 years period. During this period they are asked to do various tasks, like billing, customer service, marketing of bankĄ¯s products etc. Basically a Bank P.O. works with all departments of bank so as to get adequatetraining in banking. After successful completion of probation period a Bank P.O. recruited in the post of Assistant Manager of a bank Eligibility Criteria: General Eligibility Criteria for appearing in Bank P.O. Right now you are not eligible for the Bank PO entrance exam. To appear for the exam you will have to complete the graduation. Once you have completed the Bachelor of Science course, you will be eligible for the IBPS Bank PO entrance exam.
The Bank PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services in June of every year. This exam is conducted on the behalf of 19 public sector banks in the country. * AS you have said that you right now you are in B.SC II year , so friend you need to complete your study first that is you have to be a Graduate in any discipline from recognized university , then only you can apply for Bank PO exam . * Secondly , you must be an Indian Citizen . * Thirdly , your age must be 21-30 years for General , 21-35 years for Sc/ST candidates . * You have to sit for an written exam , and qualifying in written exam will lead you to further round that is Group Discussion round and Personnel Interview round . * So you have to clear all the three stage then only you will be able to get a job . You can become bank PO after completing your graduation.Banks releases forms for PO for which you can apply.you can get update of forms from employment newspaper or net.graduate from any field can give this exam.
There is age limit from 21-30 years for general,3 years relaxation for OBC,5 years for SC/ST. |

Sorry 2nd year Graduate students are not eligible for Bank PO examination. You should be a complete Graduate if you want to apply for Bank PO examination. Hence you should concentrate on preparing for Bank PO exam now and apply for it after your Graduation completion. You can apply for SBI PO and IBPS PO after completion of Graduation. The age limit for Bank PO examination is 21 to 30 years for General Category. There is age relaxation for different categories: OBC Category - 3 years SC/ST Category - 5 years PWD Category - 10 years The Objective Type Paper will have five sections which are : -Reasoning Aptitude -General Awareness -Quantitative Aptitude -English Language Skill and Comprehension -Computer Aptitude You have to clear sectional cut off marks in each and every section then only you will be called for Interview.
