How to become IAS or IPS? I am having 10 years experience in financial service
i am going to complete 29 yrs in this month and i having 10 yrs exprenice in financial services and i had done only gradution in 2004 from Bcom stream pass course.so please suggest i want to become IAS & IFS . for this what i have to do .

As you are a graduate you are eligible for IAS or IPS. Selection will be offered on the basis of CSAT exam. Upper age limit for applying the test is 30 years. Reserved category candidates can have age relaxation. CSAT qualified candidates should attend interview before final selection. For IPS post, you must satisfy certain physical standards also.
