You are now 10th standard so you first complete 12th standard and graduation degree then you can apply for IAS officer exam.
Those candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible for IAS exam. Your age should be in between 21 years to 30 years for general candidates. Age relaxation is given below - 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates 3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates 10 years relaxation for PHC candidates 5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman CIVIL SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAM 2015:- Date of Notification:- 16.05.2015 Last date for receipt of applications:- 12.06.2015 (FRIDAY) Date of commencement of Examination:- 23.08.2015 (SUNDAY) CIVIL SERVICES (MAIN) EXAM 2015:- Date of commencement of Examination:- 18.12.2015 (FRIDAY) For more details about IAS exam please visit to the official website www.upsc.gov.in |

You can not become IAS officer after 10th standard because minimum qualification is graduation from a recognized university.
IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative Service which is conducted by UPSC. Education Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university in any stream. Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible. There is no percentage requirement. Your age should be between 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category students. You have to clear three stages to become IAS Officer. You have to clear Preliminary exam, Mains exam and Interview |

First of all you will have to complete your graduate degree.After that you can appear in IAS exam.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the Indian Administrative Service (IAS)exam every year. To apply for IAS exam candidate should be citizen of India. Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from the recognized University. Those candidates who are pursuing in the final year exam or waiting for their final year result they may also apply for Civil Services Preliminary Exam. Age limit of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation will be provided for the SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the government rules. Number of attempt- For General - 4 times For OBC - 7 times For SC/ST - Till 35 year of age There are three stage of selection prosses- Prilims Exam->Main Exam->Interview. |
