Now you should apply for the UPSC exam which is to be conducted every year. If you have secured more then 60% marks in you PG then you are eligible to apply. The IPS exam is not conducted differently but same with the IAS exam. So more information you can get from the UPSC website- www.upsc.gov.in

Hello friend,
To become an IPS officer, you will have to crack civil service exam, which is conducted by UPSC.
Since you have completed MBA and ICWA, you are eligible to write the exam because the minimum educational qualification required to be eligible is a bachelors degree.
Now, since you are qualified to write the exam, you must be within the age limit of 21-30 years. The upper age limit is relaxed upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST category.

If you fulfill all the eligibility criteria, you will have to first qualify Civil Service Aptitude Test, which will be followed by Main Exam and an Interview.

For more information, refer to the official website of UPSC.
