Hey friend,

Indian Navy is one of the defence force of India.

There are many opportunities that are there for joining in Indian Navy.

You need to write the entrance exam for joining in Indian navy as it is the way to make your career in Indian Navy

There are many entrance exam which are conducted in India for candidates to join in Indian Navy depending on the qualification which you have.

You have to satisfy the qualification needed for applying.

The criteria's would include such as;

> Nationality
> Martial Status
> Age Limit
> Education Qualification
> Physical Standard

If you satisfy all those then you can apply for the exam to join in Indian Navy

There are two Entrance Exams through which you can join Indian Navy.

♦ National Defence Academy Entrance Examination
♦ Combined Defence Service Examination

> You can apply for both exam through UPSC Online application Link : www.upsconline.nic.in

Both exam are conducted By UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year.

♦ Eligibility criteria for National Defence Academy Examination :

• To join Indian, you should have passed 12th standard with Physics & Mathematics subjects from recognized board.

• There is no restriction on percentage of Marks for 12th.

• Your Should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

• You should be a citizen of India.

• You should be an unmarried male.

♦ Eligibility Criteria for Combined Defence Service Examination :

• To join Indian navy, You should have Passed Bachelor degree course in Engineering or B.sc Course with Physics and Maths as a compulsory Subjects.

• There is no restriction on percentage of bachelor course.

• Your Age should be in between 19 to 22 years.

• You should be a citizen of India.
