The procedure to apply for UPSC exam belonging to any branch either mechanical or electrical is same as explained below :-

How to apply for UPSC exams :-

1.The UPSC has developed an application form common for all their examinations.

2.You can obtain the application form along with an Information Brochure containing general instructions for filling up the form, an acknowledgement card and an envelope for sending the application from all the Post Offices throughout the country by payment of Rs. 20/-.

3.This form can be used only once and only for one examination.

4.Fill the application form and send it to the Union Public Service Commission office before the prescribed closing date of the submission of the application form.
