Graduation in any subject is enough to apply for IAS. Percentage of marks obtained is not a criterion. Your age must be between 21 and 30 years. Three year concession in upper age is given for OBC category candidates. SC/ST candidates can have 5 year age relaxation.

To become an IAS officer,you need to appear for the IAS exam under civil services exam which is conducted by UPSC every year.To be eligible for the IAS exam you must have to complete the graduation degree from a recognized univesity >>Eligibility Criteria :- **Age Limit :- -->The age Limit to apply for the IAS exam is 21 to 30 years. -->There is an age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and the age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is of 5 years. -->There is no percentage criteria required to appear for the IAS exam. **Nationality :- -->You must be a citizen of India. **Educational Qualification :- -->You must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university to be eligible to appear for the IAS exam. -->Final year students can also apply for the IAS exam. -->There is no specific percentage required to appear for the IAS exam. **Selection Procedure :- -->Preliminary Exam -->Mains Exam -->Personal Interview **No of Attempts :- -->General-4 -->OBC-7 -->SC/ST-No Limit All The Best |

candidates must be Indian candidates must be complete graduation from a recognized university candidates age limit between 21 too 30 years age relaxation as per govt rules selection process based on preliminary examination , main examination & interview |
