sir, i want to change my branch in 2nd year in b-tech.from cse to ECE. How can i change

Yes these is possible you can change your branch in 2nd year in your institute.
So,the procedure of changing branch is you have to write an application on 'want to change my branch'.
According to your first year mark list they make the merit list and if you are in the top and if their is vacant seat in electronics branch then they allow you to change your branch......But only by your 1st year academic performance.
