Dear,
Diploma in electrical or electronic can not be given online. Diploma is a regular course. To get admission in diploma course, you first have to register yourself online or offline at a particular college website or university website and then a written test is conducted. Finally result will come and according to your rank you will allot a college. GOOD LUCK
