recently i clear ugc net exam, but i forgot my account password, how can i got my e certificate on my new email id ?

I am completed my UGC- at June 2010, i am also received one SMS from UGC and saying that 'your UGC NET e-certificate is delivered to your email id provided along with the application'. But till now i didn't received any email from UGC. I am contacted to their head office, i am not satisfied with there clarification. What should i do?

Check your spam folder. Some times that message would have been delivered in that folder.
