How can I join Indian Air Force for officer post while studying UG course in electronics and telecommunication department

After giving AFCAT exam....which will be held twice a year...
Now it will be on 24th august 2013

By qualifying AFCAT-2013...held twice a year.....

I do BE-computer science engineering when I interested to join airforce so how to join indian airforce ?
