Various examination is taken by Indian navy to recruit various vacent post after training. You can get into Indian navy through cracking thease exams. The name of exam for Indian navy is given below.
1 Indian navy sailors matric entry recruitment exam.
2 Indian navy artificiar aprentices exam.
3 Indian navy dockyard apprentices exam.
You may also aply through NDA exam as other option.

Pass in 12th is the general qualification for Navy. Selection is made through NDA entrance exam conducted by UPSC. If you have completed 12th class studies before diploma, then you are eligible. Age must fall between 16 ½ and 19 years. Also you must have studied physics and mathematics as subjects in 12th.

Hey friend,

Yeah you can join in Indian Navy after doing Diploma in Civil Engineering as you satisfy the Education qualification needed for applying for the entrance exam as it is the procedure.

With having completed Diploma which has the same qualification of one completed +2,you could possibly for the entrance exam which is the NDA Exam

This exam stands for National Defence Academy and this exam is conducted every year twice as NDA I and NDA II.This exam is conducted for candidate to join in :

>> Indian Army

>> Indian Navy

>> Indian Air Force

As you have asked for joining in Indian Navy,the qualification which you need ot satisfy in order to be eligible are that:

~ You need to have a Citizenship in India.

~ The candidate appearing for the exam must be a Unmarried male candidate as per the Martial Status framed for the exam

~ The age limit needed for the exam is 16 1/2-19 years

~ Education qualification needed for the exam is that the candidate must have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education with a fair percentage.

~ Candidate need to be Physically fit while appearing for the NDA Exam.

If you tend to satisfy all these criteria for the exam then you can apply for the NDA exam
