Re: How can I prepare for civil services exam after passing 12th in commerce stream?
You need a minimum of graduation for attending the Civil services examination. It is a good decision to start your preparation for this exam early itself. But, you should concentrate on your graduation studies first. You should try to improve your general knowledge by reading news papers and getting your self updated with the current happenings. You should also have a good idea regarding the structure and pattern of the exam. You should try to refer previous year question papers while studying for civil services exam. An effort must be made to improve and sharpen your reasoning and time management skills also.

Re: How can I prepare for civil services exam after passing 12th in commerce stream?
By CSE are you talking about the civil service exam? your question is not clear.
But if you are talking about the government jobs then you need to have a minimum of 60% at 10+2 level to be eligible for giving the clerical exam or to be eligible for the data entry jobs. And for specialist post or bank po post its expected that the candidate will have a minimum of 55% in the graduation level and they must do their degree from a recognized university. for more information visit the official website. |

hi,
You have to start preparation from 12th standard to crack Civil services Exam. Preparation Tips;- 1. Take frequent short breaks. 2. Space out your studying so that your long-term memory retains it 3. Don’t try to memorize everything; make sure you understand the material well. 4. Listen to relaxing music to ease the boredom of studying. 5. Don’t study later than the time you usually go to sleep All the best................. |

Re: How can I prepare for civil services exam after passing 12th in commerce stream?
You can go for B.Com and then concentrate on your graduation first bcz graduation % is much required in anywhere (SSC and Bank) . If you will select B.A. then you will focus only on civil service. But B.Com graduate has more options than arts Like CA, CS, CFA, ICWA, PHD, MBA, Railway, bank PO, M.com, SSC- Income tax officer. If you take arts in graduate you have not other options than only civil service.
