To pursue MPhil in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University-IGNOU, candidate must have completed the Masters Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% [50% marks for [SC/ST/PH candidates] from a recognized Institution or University. The minimum duration of the program is 1 and 1/2 years whereas the maximum can extend up to 4 years.
