There are many different career skills like

Problem solving capability
This can be developed by lots of practice and by challenging your brain to solve complexe problems like life as well as your studies. You wont master this in one go as it takes time. So never stop questioning and solve problems

Creativity
You need to be creative if you want to be successful. These days almost all the fields require creativity. The more creative you are the more successful you can become. So read a lot and just try to do something out of the box

Good personality
Good personality is one of the major thing which results in career success. So practice on this aspect also. If you want to build personality you must socialize a lot

carries skill includes your communication skill your way of presentation , your personality & you intelligence to handle a situation etc.

This topic is very vast but some basic thins need to be improve:

You english Vocabular should be good, you should have good communication skill.

You must be aware with current affairs related to job for which you are applying

You must be an expert in solving puzzles at the time of interviews.

Your dressing should be formal with leather shoe this makes your pesonalilty formal.

You must expess yourself.

to develop career building skill obviously first need your subject knowledge. you can not go upward of your career without your subject knowledge.
next you required aptitude knowledge.
after that practical experience. you will go far if you have a good practical knowledge or field experience.
next creativity. if you have the quality of creativity with the other then no one can stop you to go forward of your career.
next attitude and personality. with all the skill attitude and personality give you a respect and honor. it will also help you on your work.

to develop all this things you must care for each. you need lots of practice to earn the first few qualities. the other qualities will be developed if you follow a good man to whom you follow in your life that who is ideal to you. it's not so much easy but you have to try atleast 50% of this to go far in career field. best of luck.
