i had finished ITI Fitter at 2005, now i need to do BE mechanical engineering? what i have to do?

is there any chance to get into shipbuilding after doing ITI in fitter,turner or machanist?

first you tke diploma in mechanical engineering ofter you take BE machanical engg

which colleges offer completed iti students lateral joining diploma in second year in ap state

I have completed ITI (two years course) in machinist grinder. One year apprenticeship in the same stream. After that I did one year diploma in mechanical engg. Additionally I have passed 8th, 9th and 10th with technical subjects(elements of ele.mecha and workshop technology).
now my question is , can I take do BE in mechanical ?
