I Have completed 12 th Sci. with 64% Marks in April-2014 and get admission in B.E. Civil and 1st Semester Completed. Now i want to left B.E. Civil and Want to Join C.A. Course and also want to join B.Com External . Can i join B.Com as external Studunt. Which is the best univercity for external B.Com . I wants to know complete information regarding external B.Com Syllabus , Exams, Fee etc...
