Is it possible to study law externally while doing IT engineering?


hello everybody..! well u will be shocked as m doing IT engineering.. nd wanna do law in IT.. externally.. may i know if it is possible.. i wanna be a lawyer of Information technolgy nd related security..! i hope u all getting this...! any reputed college which gives us d oppurtunity to do law in IT externally..!
well i completed my 1st year engineering in IT..!!
