Certainly you can pursue the course any where in the country. You can pursue a distance education course. Institutes like IGNOU offer the same. But for most part time courses it is a must that the candidates should have at least 2 years of experience. Also they must be employed at the time of admission. They will have to provide proof i.e. letter from the school principal where they are employed.
