You cannot get branch manager post directly in SBI. In order to get job you have to appear in Bank PO written examination. Minimum educational eligibility is 60% aggregate marks in +2 or equivalent and 55% aggregate marks in graduation. 5% relaxation is given to reserved candidates. The age limit is between 21 years to 30 years. On successful completion you will be shortlisted and called for personal interview.
