Hello sir I am in final semester of Btech(electronics and communication).I want a job immediately after B.tech.I don't want to go for higher studies because of money problem.So what should I do ?.should I go for embedded system or VLSI course?.Can I get a job without doing these courses?.Is there is any other job oreinted short term course for ECE branch?

several colleges start campus placements in final sem...so try to built up ur basic concepts in ec.

after b.tech itself u get a job..
psu like ntpc,nhpc,ongc offers job.
u can appear for ies exam.
n get d latest updates of job vacancy in www.fresherworld.com

Y do u worry? Be cool.... There are lots of job oppurtunities in this world... first have confidence u... U can well placed through campus recruitment... If u have good caliber, no need of doing such value added courses.... Post ur resume in naukri.com and such job related websites....

There are two options you prefer after you complete your B.Tech degree. If you are economically efficient and don’t need a job, it is better you go for your further studies. A specialization will always earn you more salary as well as priority during interviews and of course sound grip over subject. Otherwise you can find some job.

TCS,INFOSYS,WIPRO,COGNIZANT etc.....or you can go core companies like bhel,l&t and you can also seat for railways....

don't panic. be cool. you will definitely get job in campus requirement. ec engineer may get a job in core companies like BHEL or in IT industry.
for getting job improve your communication skills, general and technical knowledge. improve aptitude. be confident.

first of all many companies will come for on campus placements in your college and you can be selected in one of those
secondly post your resume on job sites like naukri,monster,etc and you will surely get responses
thirdly you can appear in the various exams held by the UPSC
finally enroll yourself in the employment exchange and keep an eye on the employment bulletin

there are so manny companies and institutes, who conductes campus placements programmes, if you have completed your b.tech, then you can participate in this programme............

hey i can understand ur situation. don't worry n be a friend wid ur computer n internet. u can search 4 jobs on monster.com,naukri.com,etc. i'll suggest 2 have a look on fresherworld.com ,afterbtech.com too. u can look for job oppurtunities in IT stream(BPOs) etc. too. if u r yet not successful go 4 lecturership but dont stay without work. Ashish there are different options 4 u 2 search 4 a job after ur degrees. It would be better if u get on campus placement or otherwise look 4 jobs online. hello friend,according to my openion if you do vlsi courses definitely that will be very much benificial to getting a job.other wise you can do software courses like java,.net,j2me etc...

btech in ece plus a competating degree in mba in telecom gives a edge to promote the communication sector far lot.
balajee management college ,pune is agood college for mba telecom

You can get your job via campus selection in your college. If you have min 60% in engg and if you passed the interview ,you can well join .

Iam a B.tech(ECE) graduate 2010 pass put from JNTU. I completed B.Tech from a normal college. In our college theer are no campus recruitments.Im not understanding why the core companies do not conduct off-campus recruitments.IS there is necessary for ECE fresher also to get learn some software and settle in software field? plz anyone give me reply.

there is no need to do these courses. you can get job through campus placement or you can post your resume in monster.com and naukri.com. they will find correct jobs for you. also check employment news regularly regullarly for government jobs.

yes you can do VLSI oriented courses.you can also do PLC & EMBADED system related courses.

you can also do communication oriented courses & networking related courses.there have lots of jobs opportunity in communication sectors.

If you are not selected in the final year placements you should look up for other job opportunities .Now the stream that you have chosen provides you enough opportunities as it has wide scope.Hence you should be in touch with the recruitment notice and just apply for each and every vacancy from now on
