Since the subject combination in your +2 was Biology, Physics and Chemistry, as a graduate, you may join any of the following departments of Indian Air Force:

Administrative Department
Logistics Department

To be eligible for these two departments/branches of Indian Air Force, you will need to score a minimum of 60% in your bachelors degree examination.
The minimum eligible age to apply for the same is 20 years.
The maximum age limit is 23 years.
