i have completed masters in microbiology . now i want to do job as lecturer . but iam not qualified net or slet?
is it possible to get job as lecturer or assistant professor?

No it is not possible you have either qualified NET or become a ph.d. for lecturer

It is possible to get the jobs in unaided colleges or junior colleges. Moreover u may not get proper pay scale as per govt. regulations. Why dont u try and give NET/SET exam? Why remain behind when u have all the other qualification?

You will need to crack either NET or SLET to become a Lecturer or Asst. Professor. Some local (and not so reputed) colleges sometimes appoint non-NET/SLET candidates to these posts, but these appointments should rather be viewed as temporary appointments. You too can take up such a job while you prepare for NET/SLET.

Hope you have scored at least 55% in your Masters.

no,its not possible for one to become a lecturer without passing the NET or SLET exam.So better to clear it first & serve the nation.

in the government collge it is not possible without the set/slet exam,

but you can be a lecturur in the private college.for the private college there is no needs

for the such degee. if you have master degree or if you have phd then you can eaisly join

as a lecturur.

No it is not possible to become an asst. professor.
In my opinion you should do the p.hd ,
it will definately help you a lot.

if u want a lectureship job after MCA/MBA without clearing SLET/NET Then U may try in a private college and share/gain depth knowledge & prepare 4 ur exam.

it highly impossible to get job in government colleges with out net exam.but you have another way that is go to private colleges.there net exam is not required .so depend upon your interest will go for government colleges or private colleges

What are the scope of Automatically getting calls from Government Colleges and what should be the rank to get in to good colleges?? I've no knowledge of how and what to do after clearing NET examination? Yet, I haven't started studying for exam so also tell me how to prepare for it(Reading materials??), to make in to best-o-best universities!
