In order to get recruited in CID, you should attend SSC exam. If you have done 12th class or diploma qualification, you can apply for junior level posts. On the other hand, if you are a graduate you can apply for officer positions in this department. 27 years is the maximum age limit for this exam. On clearing this exam, you need to appear for physical test and personal interview.
