I was completed B.Com(Pass) in the year 1999. I want to take CID training and I want to do CID job.Please tell me the process to make CID.

If you qualified your bachelors degree program in the year 1999, at present your age must be something around 33-34 years and if it is so, you won't be considered eligible for the job.
CID is one of the branches of the police department and in order to join this branch, one must be a part of the police department.
Candidates usually join police service through entrance examinations conducted on state level as well as on national level and the maximum, age limit to be considered eligible for it is 30 years for Indian Police Service and 27 years for state police service.
Now, if your age is around 33-34 years, you can not be considered for the Indian Police Service or State Police Service and as a result, it won't be possible for you to join CID.

sir, i am Pijush Kanti Mondal.I completed my HS exam.in the year 2010, in arts strem with 72 percent.Then i also completed Diploma In Information Technology from Youth Computer Training Center.Now i am pursucing for BCA from Sikkim Manipal University.Can i apply for the post CID?and how?
