Read as many book as you.
Should try to learn 10 words daily from dictionary.
Point out the words which you didn't understand while reading
search and query for it.
Listen every thing carefully as a good listener can only be a good speaker.
Discuss from the teachers don't hesitate during asking any sorts of question whatever be the type or quality of question.
Try to participate in the competition as well as quiz etc.
