To improve your communication skills read english magzines,newspaper,novels.
Speak in english with your near and dear ones.
Make a routine in which you have to spend atleast 5 minutes in making conversation with yourself and observe your body language in mirror while talking.This is the best way to improve your skills.
Watch english movies.
Read dialogues, interviews of people.
If possible try to read loudly when noone is around you.
Surely all of the above methods will improve your communication skills.
