There are special entries for Indian army soldiers to become an army officer known as ACC entry, PC(SL) entry and SCO entry. These entries are only for serving Indian army soldiers.

PC(SL) stands for Permanent Commission Special List. It is an entry similar to ACC entry with minor changes.Eligibility criteria required for PC(SL) :-

Education Requirement: Higher Secondary (11th Pass)

Training Academy: Four weeks at OTA

Age: 32-40 Year

Martial Status: Married or Unmarried

SCO (Special Commissioned Officer) entry is another type entry for soldiers with 32 years age group. Eligibility criteria for SCO entry :-

Education Requirement: Class XI CBSE pattern

Training: One year at IMA

Age: 27-32 years

Martial Status: Married or Unmarried

One who wishes to apply for these entries should contact to the concerned department of their unit to apply for such entries.
