Hey friend,

Yeah you can join in Indian Army after completing +2

Being a 11th standard student you cannot now apply for joining in Indian Army.

There is nothing to be regarded with maths as they are not needed in order to join in Indian Army.

If in the case of you interested in joining in Indian Navy or Air Force then you would need maths as one of the subject which has to be studied in 12th to be eligible.

As far regarding to join in Indian Army you just need to have completed +2 with a fair percentage by which you can write the entrance exam which is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

The entrance exam is NDA Exam.It stands for National Defence Academy

This exam is conducted every year and candidates can write this exam to join in defence forces.This exam is conducted as NDA I and NDA II

The eligibility which you need to possess for the exam are that:

• You need to be a citizen of India
  
• You need to be a unmarried male candidate as regarding the Martial status for the exam
  
• The age limit needed is 16 1/2-19 years
  
• Education qualification is you need to have completed +2 from a recognized school board with a fair percentage.
  
• You strictly need to be physically fit while appearing for the NDA Exam

After giving your class 12 exam you can give the NDA entrance exam to join army.

You should be minimum 12 pass out
age limit-16.5-19 yrs
you should be an unmarried citizen of india

Exam pattern:-
paper i is mathematics of 300 marks
paper ii is the general ability divided into two parts:-
part A is english of 200 marks
part B is general knowledge of 400 marks
so total 900 marks

Then there is the interview session which will yield you more marks

One can join Indian defense services by giving NDA Exam WHICH is conducted by UPSC Twice every year.By giving this exam one can get admission in the three defense forces of India namely

-Indian ARMY

-Indian NAVY

-Indian Airforce


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA(NDA)

-candidates should have passed or appearing XII class from a recognized board or university.

-candidates having PCM can also apply in all the three branches mentioned above.

-the age required to appear for this between 16.5 to 19 years,including the limiting dates.

-candidates not having PCM can only apply for Indian Millitary Academy and not for navy or airforce.

-only unmarried male candidates can apply.....

-physical fitness is required....

You having science stream with out maths can apply only for Indian Army and not Indian NAVY or Indian Airforce .

Mathematics is not a compulsory subject for joining the Indian army. You can join Indian army after 12th through National defense academy exam (NDA).

It is conducted twice in an year.

Age requirement - For this exam the candidate must have completed 16.5 years of age and should not be more than 19 years of age.

Educational qualification for army wing of NDA- The candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. You cannot apply for navy or air force since you do not have mathematics subject.

- Also the minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cm however there is some relaxation for candidates from different region

-The details for filling the form are also available on the link.

-THe application fee is Rs.50/- which can be paid in cash at SBI bank or by net banking facility. However the SC/ST candidates do not have to pay any fees.

-You must scan you signature and passport size photo before filling the application for. as you will need these. The minimum acceptable size for signature is 1 KB and maximum size is 40 KB and the minimum acceptable size for photograph is 3 KB and maximum size is 40 KB.

-You must submit one application form only. In case you submit more than one form then the form with higher registration ID will be taken into consideration. You must preserve this registration ID for future reference.

You have missed this June's online application dates But for next year NDA (I) exam you can apply in the end of the december.

Yes, you can join Indian Army after 12th standard irrespective of from Science stream and with or without Math.

In order to join Indian Army after 12th you have to appear and crack NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted by UPSC which is held twice every year for entry in to three wings of NDA i.e. Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.

Besides 12th qualification from any stream from a recognised Board, a candidate must be an unmarried Indian male within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

As you are interested you can apply for NDA-I 2013 exam which will be held in the month of April 2013 as the process of exam for 2012 has already been completed for 2012.
