You are not eligible to apply for the Indian Army after the 10th class. You have to be complete at least 10+2 for the Indian Army. You can apply for the Indian Army after the 10+2 through National Defence Academy examination.
This examination is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.

To apply for the National defence academy examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

Education Qualification
For the NDA exam candidate should be 10+2 pass. Those appeared in the
10+2 examination are also eligible to apply for the National defence academy examination.
For the Indian Air force and Navy candidate should have physics and maths at 10+2.

Age Limit
Candidate age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

Hello friend,
As per you present qualification, you may join Indian Army as an Soldier but to do so, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

You must have qualified 10th with a minimum of 45% marks.
You mus be within the age limit of 171/2 - 21 years.

Apart from this, there is no other mode of entry for candidates who have passed 10th.

If you want to join Indian Army as an officer, the minimum educational qualification required is +2. If you qualify +2 exam, you can write NDA exam conducted by UPSC for which the age limit is between 16 1/2 - 19 years.
