you may prepare for nda exam to join indian nevy

apart from that you can also join it after graduation

you can give NDA after your 10+2 , or CDS after your graduation apart from that you can join navy as a engineer also.

After 12th you can give UPSC exam in which there is option to apply for Navy. So be in touch with the news when they are conducting their exams and prepare well for the exam.

If your interested to Join in "Indian Navy Wing" then you have to apply for NDA Entrance Examination ( National Defence Academy)

Information About NDA Exam:-

NDA (National Defence Academy) .. This Examination is Organized by Union Public Service Commission for every twice in a year..

This NDA Conducts Examination for Indian Army, Navy, Airforce Wings .. The Selection Procedure of the Entrance Examination may divided into Written Exam, Physical Examination and Interview ..

You are interested to apply for Indian Navy Wing .. To apply for Indian Navy then you should Complete 12th Science stream faculty then Only your eligible for Indian Navy Wing ..

Commerce/Arts Specialization candidates are not eligible for Indian Navy Wing ..

So, If you have Completed 12th standard in science stream with Physics and Mathematics subject then your eligible for Indian Navy Wing .. Otherwise your not applicable for NDA Entrance Examination ..

Indian Navy can be joined through cracking NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted twice every year by UPSC after 12th from Science stream.

The eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Navy of NDA, must be an unmarried Indian Male candidate only having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Health.

The NDA can be applied on line only by paying requisite fee for the exam.

The selection is through written exam, Personal Interview, Physical Fitness Test and finally through Medical Test.

You have a lot options to enter the Indian Navy after completing 12th examination . Various options like NDA & NA , 10+2 Tech , SSR , AA ..etc.

10+2 Cadet(B.Tech) ::

This examination is conducted by Indian Navy Once in a year .

The applicant must have passed their Senior Secondary Examination(intermediate) with Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and must secure at least 70% in PCM and 50% marks in English either 10th level or 12th level examination.

The applicant must have attained the minimum 17 and must not have attained the maximum 19 1/2 of age at the time of appearing for this examination . As per the notification the applicant born not earlier than 02 Jul 1994 & 01 Jan 1997 are eligible to apply . Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this examination .

The applicant must be physically and mentally fit while appearing for this examination . The applicant need to satisfy the all the physical standards , if you are applicant fail to satisfy the physical standards then application form will be rejected in further rounds .

Selected applicants will be inducted as cadet four year B.Tech programme in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Naval Academy and completion of course certificate will be award by JNU .

The applicant apply for the Indian Naval through National Defence Academy Examination also . This examination notification has been released and last date for receipt of application on 03/06/12 .
