How to land up a job as a News Anchor in news channel like Aaj Tak?


I'm currently pursuing my TYBA in Journalism. What should I do after this in order to land a job as an Anchor of any news channel like Aaj Tak or NDTV? Is my BA degree only enough or I need to study further and gain some practical knowledge as well?
