It can be different to say cut-off marks for each categories. Last year, for example, cut-off for PD candidates in CS was 16.6 compared to 25 for General students. I believe there is no data referring to the percentage of handicapped students qualifying GATE, but overall 15–16% of applicants make the cut. So, I hope you this information is relevant to you.
