Re: How many times can I write CDS entrance exam?
There is no restriction in the number of attempts for CDS. Eligible candidates can attend the test any number of times. But their age must be less than 24 years. Bachelor degree from any recognized institute is the basic qualification for CDS. Applicants should be male unmarried ones.

Re: How many times can I write CDS entrance exam?
The selection process for candidates is based on highly scientific and well-evolved techniques of testing that aim at assessing their personality in the context of the traits needed for the defence forces. A major entry route is the Combined Defence Services (CDS) examination, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice a year to recruit officers for the Army, Navy and Air Force, followed by a face-to-face with the Services Selection Board (SSB). The SSB adopts three different techniques to assess the personality traits of the candidate at the conscious, sub-conscious and unconscious levels. These are interview, group testing and psychological techniques. Eligiblity Criteria of CDS exam :- 1. The appearing candidate should have completed Graduation , from any Recognised university 2. The candidate age shouldbe in between 19-22 years , for Navy 3. The candidate age shouldbe in between 19-23 years , for AIRFORCE 4. The candidate age shouldbe in between 19-24 years , for ARMY 5. The candidate shouldbe a citizen of India So, every candidate who needs to appear for the CDS exam , should satisfy the Eligiblity Criteria of the CDS exam .
