i m dr. Syeda naseeb zaidi. I hv double m.a.in urdu, and i hv cmpleted my phd. Before 3 yrs, bt i dnt hv any job, because i dnt hv any experience in any sector. And one more resn is my family ,means i hv 3 childs , so i can't do job in other than madhya pradesh and uttar pradesh, plz give me jobs suggestion,
there is 1 more problem, i.e, i m 45 years old

You can get job at the post of Lecturer or Professor in government recognized University. Apply to the vacancies released for these posts in Universities and after Interview, you will be recruited there.

I can understand your situation. However, you can apply in government sector to be a lecturer.
You can also join private collage on a temporary basis as a lecturer.
