Each job profile has its own unique specifications. Pass in 12th is the minimum qualification mentioned for most of assistant level jobs and clerical jobs. If you have education up to graduate level then you can try for much better jobs. Details on jobs will be published in news dailies and web portals offering such services. Naukri, Monster, etc are examples of certain job portals that offer such information. Websites of organizations (public or private), UPSC, SSC, etc also displays details on prevailing job positions.
