After 10th it is not possible to apply for NDA and there is no percentage of marks required for application to NDA.

Of course you can start your preparation for NDA at the time of entry in to 10th standard by pursing Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics because you can apply for all the wings of NDA by taking PCM in 10th level as without these you are only illegible to apply Indian Army of NDA after 12th.

UPSC conducts NDA(NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) entrance exam twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

ELIGIBILITY FOR NDA:-

-The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male.
-Should have completed 12th standard in any stream fro a recognised Board. The 12th final exam appearing students are also eligible to apply for NDA.
-Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with no upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.
-Should have possessed good Physical and Mental health.

So after completion of 12th you can apply for NDA. But as you are interested for NDA, you should start your preparation along with your regular 10+2 studiesby taking assistance of NDA study materials available in the market.
