How should I plan my future and improve my skills in communication arithmetic and reasoning? I've completed B.Com and MBA(through correspondence) and having 4 years experience in software company as an accountant
iam telugu medium student
iam completed bcom in rural area & completed MBA in distance i have 4 years experience in software company as a accountant but always go to bank i have not perfect kowledge in accounts so how can i plan my feature & improve my skills (communication arthamatic & resoning & possitive attitude |

Hi
You need career counseling Also you need to work on your written, verbal or spoken English. Try to join some course on accounts. You can also solve books on communication, arithmetic and reasoning. Since you have B.Com, MBA and 4 year of experience, I think only thing demotivating you is your communication. join some english speaking classes. all the best |
