I'm a final year student wanting to pursue Mtech from IISC.
Could u pls tell me if gate exam is the only way out for it or any other path does exsist ?

Since you are in IISC, you should be knowing the procedure.
GATE is the only mean by which you get admission in IISC Bangalore.
