join any local or leading pre-medical entrance exam coaching classes like Allen Kota, Career Point, Resonance, Aakash institute

After 12th there is a leader course in Allen for 1 year covering the entire syllabus with best faculty.

With good rank you can get Government medical college, with affordable fees [beside Government expend more than 1 crore Rupees per medical student]...

the only way to study in medical at low cost is to score good marks and for that u have to work very hard.
so goodluck and work hard...keep trying . dont lose hope because this is the field where u have to stay patient to get admission.
by the way ucan look for scholarships as well........
there are many trusts for help.....
