If I am doing a government job can I do Civil Diploma for my next promotion? Is it recognized by the government?

i am in govt. job can i do civil diploma for my next pramotion it is recognized by Government.

I think you are asking for civil engineering diploma .
and yes you can do it in GOVT jobs.
For distance programmes you can look at course offered by indira Gandhi national open university(ignou),Jawaharlal Nehru technological university , NIIT , Manipal university , etc. Ignou for example, offers certificate . diploma and degree programmes in various branches of engineering including , civil , mechanical ,electrical .electronics and communication and computer science.
