WHAT TO TAKE IN 12TH TO DO BIOTECHNOLOGY IN B.Tech?? Basically you can take any of the one i.e either PCM ( Physics, Chemistry & Maths ) or PCB ( Physics, Chemistry & Biology ) because only for doing MBBS/BDS it is compulsory to take PCB and for any other course you can take either PCM or PCB.... -> But the preferred for you to take is PCB which Physics, Chemistry & Biology because it will be more related to BioTechnology as you have set the goal for BioTechnology in B.Tech... -> I really want to appreciate you interest in Biotechnology before going into your higher secondary studies... keep it up.. just work hard in your school studies and try to give IIT JEE and AIEEE and get seat in some reputed universities and do B.Tech BioTechnology and work hard in it... -> Biotechnology is one of fast emerging field now a days and there are lot of projects currently going on which is based on Biotechnology... -> Just put your best and work hard then for sure you will have a bright future... All the Best.. |

#BIOTECHNOLOGY#
Biotechnology is a wide engg.field and also related to bio ans animal research. so i will suggest you should choose first PCB non other than PCM. in this field you are study about diesease.there infection and control and other invension. before biotechnology you study well in 12th here you prepare to you for better knowledge. as expert says on 300 student of biotechnology only 1 candidate select for company selection. All IIT'S, UNIVERSITY,IIS pune and kolkata and other reputed institute. |

Biology is a compulsory subject only when you are preparing for MBBS or going to giving exams related only to the Biology specific fields.. You can take either of the two above options PCM or PCB.. Taking admission to Biotechnology Engineering is the same as any other engineering course.. You can appear for the AIEEE, IIT-JEE, KIITEE, VITEE and many more exams.. Scoring a good rank in any of these exams will enable you to join a very good engineering college.. all the best for your success.. ~Hope this helps.. ~ With Warm Regards "Nitz" |

The exam for Biotechnology like NEET is the entrance exam for Biotechnology course in JNU,New Delhi. But the time for application is already over. SO, you can search for the university level tests for admission into Biotechnology in institutes like Delhi Technical University, Lovely Professional University, VIT university, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University etc. You may get direct admission also in few institutes based on your 12th score. You can visit the websites for more info regarding admission, eligibility, fee, scholarships etc.
