If you want to join Indian Army, you may do it through Combined Defense Service Exam, conducted by UPSC.
The minimum qualification required for the exam is a bachelors degree from a recognized university.
The minimum eligible age is 19 years and the maximum age limit is 24 years.
For candidates belonging to science stream, there are more options available for joining Indian Army but assuming that you are from non-science background, the CDS exam is the best way to join Indian Army.

Yes you can join But Before Joining Indian Army please check your Age
Actually if you want join in Indian Army age should be between 19-24 Years
So if you have above Age Than you can apply for CDS Exam
CDS-Combined Defence service.
This examination is conducting by UPSC Two times in a every Year
Te CDS Exam Includes three Papers
General Knowledge
General English
Elementary Maths
