Sir, i am jyoti from sonipat . I have passed m.com & mba and currently working in lal mahal ltd. I have experience of complete accounts at company level but i wants to work in govt sector in officor position i searched so many vacancies but didnot get any opportunity so i want to know my career in govt . Besides tell me about the govt vacncy in which recruitment is done on the bases of interview only without written test. Plz help me

Its very difficult to get selected without written test in govt.sector.Government exam is competition with all over india or competition within state...so there will be more and more peoples like you expecting the same thought.So that they are keeping the exam.As you said if you are good in accounts, just keep on preparing for the govt. exam and surely staff commission exam will comes every 6 months so..attend it and get selected...dear dont worry about exam all depends on our preparation and hard work...if you put your effort surely you'll succeed.

Don't think that there is no govt job after MBA. Now a days Govt sector is also hiring the MBA degree holders to manage their accounts of new schemes and plans launched for the public.

Nice to see that even some of the qualified and the experienced professionals are asking questions on our forum .

Sir as far as I know any of the government jobs require the written test to be qualified and then go for the interview and or if Group Discussion is there .
This is the recruiting criteria for most of the government companies .

But then for the private companies it depends on the company to company about how they want to recruit their employees.

But sir you can look into the new government plants opening in various areas one in them being Bokaro Steel City . The steel pant is being set by the POSCO in collaboration with the SAIL . You can search for the vacancies there and apply for that on the basis of your qualification.
But then construction of the plant has not been started it just has been signed .I think you have to wait for another 2 to 3 years .

Sir you have a very good qualifications so you can crack any of the written exams of the government companies and moreover you have a good experience also so you can clear the interview very easily.
So you must go for the government exams ...

Threr are all the requirements are done in written test in the interview in govermenr section.only in some telecom sector this may not required.
