Yes, You can get jobs in horticulture department just after 12th but there jobs are not of higher class. You will get Clerk or Mali position.
So, I advice you to first do your graduation and then apply for sectional officer post in horticulture at DDA or MCD.

I wanted to know what are the job opportunities in horticulture out of India and what should I do to get it?

i'm completed HSC(mcvc-Horticulture ) with 60 %.I am interested to work parttime as well as want to completed my study . plz. guide me give information about which cource i will do.
