iam student of b.com2 year want to get job in banking sector to earn handsome salary??

To earn good salary in banking sector you have to decide whether you want to get a job with government banks or private banks. For job in government banks you have to appear for the exams conducted every year followed by the interviews and in private sector you have to appear for the interviews. In private sector experience counts in getting better job profile and good salary and perks.

Handsome salary in banking sector job depends upon your qualification and experience. One has to obtain specialised qualification such as business management, banking management etc. along with general qualification i.e. at least graduation degree to get lucrative salary in banking job. Particularly private bank provide a handsome salary to those who has highly qualified in this line along with experience than govt. bank.

if during the government jobs interview the interviewer askd that why should I am interested in government job instead of knowing that private sector offer more salary then what will i answer plz let me know
