To join Automobile do I have to B.Tech in Mechanical first?

but some says that firstly i take B.E/B.TEC in mechanical then M.tech in automobile,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,plz suggest ur opnion

you both be / b.tech in automobiles and m.tech in automobil
