last date for application of voucher: 4th oct 2011

usually CAT(common admission test) takes place in the month of November every year. about the application form (when & where) it is available u will get the information two months before. usually the application form available at the different AXIS bank branches of the India. you will get the information in in the times of India news paper or in the website (WWW.IIMS.CO.IN) in the month of august.

CAT is an all India entrance exam which is held every year for selecting good candidates to the top most B-schools in the country. The IIM carry out the CAT exam and only those score high scores will get a call from the IIM’s for appearing in the interview. The application is invited from all graduates from any stream of study. In the year 2011, the application will be for sale from September onwards. The exam will be held in the month of October. The official dates have not yet been published.

The Upcoming CAT notification is expected to appear in August 2011.

Sales of information brochures along with the application commence from the month of SEPTEMBER and last date of submission for filled in application is OCTOBER ending.

Hey friend,

CAT stands for Common Admission Test

This exam is conducted for candidates to join in reputed colleges for joining in MBA.Candidate who is willing to apply for the CAT Exam must have finished a degree from a recognized university with 50% aggregate and for candidates who are from SC/ST category must have 45% aggregate.

Details about CAT Forms:

You can get the forms for CAT exam at the AXIS Bank or Post offices where you can get the forms at a rate of Rs.1100.There is a exception for SC/ST candidates as they should only need to give Rs.550 for the application form.

The candidates should pay in slip with the name of the candidate and the SC/ST candidates should submit the SC/ST certificate in the respected bank.

There are 2 sections in CAT Exam and the time allotted for each section is 70 minutes and for both section it is 140 minutes.

Registration for CAT 2011 : 17/August/11 to 28/Sept/11

CAT Test Dates : 22/Oct/11 to 18/11/11

The application forms are available in the Axis Bank.

The cost of application is 1600 for General candidates.

The cost of application is 800 for SC/ST candidates.

CAT Exam :-

Graduation with 50% marks in their examination.

5% relaxation is given to the other reserved categories.

That means 45% marks for SC/ST category.

IIM Common Admission Test (CAT) 2011 will be going to conduct during 20 days from October 22, 2011 to November 18, 2011.

To be eligible for CAT 2011 attempt, the candidate must have a bachelor degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 45% marks for reserved catagory students.

Last date to register for CAT 2011 will be 28th September 2011.

the last ate fr cat exam is oct 4 but ue t some work due to some reasome i was not able to apply at that date now the time is over is there any chance to apply now
