There are many ways through which you can enroll yourself into a P.hd programme. The first and the one which requires the highest competency and knowledge level is by qualifying NET-JRF exams. Through this exam you can enter to any university/college which offers P.hd courses,be it government or private.

The second option is to go for a private college. You have to be a masters degree holder in order to do so. You have to appear in the respective exam though.

The third option is to go for integrated P.hd courses. Though these courses aren't offered by every institute,so you have to research about it. These courses can be pursued right after completing graduation.
